Ristorante ADAGIO is an elegant restaurant situated in a late 18th century Italian farmhouse, showcasing the best local produce in a slow-food fine dining concept with personal service in sophisticated surroundings.
We are passionate about food and wine and aim to create memorable experiences for our guests.
Situated in Calamandrana, we are in the heart of the UNESCO region of Piemonte, between Canelli and Nizza Monferrato.

Our menu follows the seasons and centres around the fresh produce that each season offers. We primarily source from our beloved region in the slow-food spirit, promoting a sustainable approach to tourism.
Our pasta, bread and pastry are all freshly prepared in our kitchen with the best local ingredients. Our flour comes from a mill less than 500 meters away.
Furthermore, explore our exemplary wine cellar featuring a range of local and regional Italian wines, as well as carefully selected international wines, offering a comprehensive selection to suit all interests and budgets.
WEDDINGS & EVENTS
Indulge in a unique dining experience for your next business dinner or celebratory event. Our restaurant can host up to 50 guests and our winter garden offers a unique natural backdrop to a private dining experience for up to 30 diners. Our vaulted cellar and dining hall can cater for 30-150 guests.
When the sun is out we feature two large terraces, one east and the other west-facing, connecting you to the rolling hills of Langhe-Monferrato. Outdoors we can cater for groups of up to 200 guests and also offer private spaces for groups of 10-40 guests. There are many possibilities!
We can design a bespoke menu for your event and you can choose wines from our extensive wine cellar to complete the experience.

Our cooking school - ADAGIO ACCADEMIA - offers local cuisine lessons with our chefs, as well as speciality courses dedicated to international culinary traditions and healthy eating, organised by Alexa, our Executive Chef and Nutritionist, and her team.
From single classes to week-long courses, we offer something for everyone and we'll teach you how to combine spices, herbs and fresh ingredients to create tasty & healthy dishes. You can book individually or get exclusive classes for groups from 6-40 foodies.
The accademia will be open from March 2020.
