ADAGIO is an elegant restaurant situated in a late 18th century Italian farmhouse, showcasing the best local produce in a slow-food fine dining concept with personal service in sophisticated surroundings.

We are passionate about food and wine and aim to create memorable experiences for our guests.

Fresh seasonal cuisine
in the slow-food spirit

 

Our menu follows the seasons and centres around the fresh produce that each season offers. We primarily source from our beloved region in the slow-food spirit, promoting a sustainable approach to tourism. 

 

Our pasta and pastry are all freshly prepared in our kitchen with the best local ingredients. Our flour comes from a mill less than 500 meters away.​

 

Furthermore, our exemplary wine cellar features a range of local and regional Italian wines, as well as carefully selected international wines, offering a comprehensive selection to suit all interests and budgets.​

An elegant restaurant where the traditional excellences of the territory meets contemporary - this is ADAGIO and its philosophy. 

In addition to our dining room we offer an adjacent dining hall, perfect for events and ceremonies. Also check out our cosy Sky Garden, for an all-year-round immersion in nature.

For wine lovers, our Enoteca and wine cellar are dedicated to guided wine tastings, offering you a wide range of wines from the territory, but also an interesting selection of wines from all over Italy and selected international suppliers.

Our Mission

Our mission is to run social-sustainable enterprise that is committed to develop the region and create opportunities for young people in particular and all in a sustainable manner reducing the use of resources, recycle where we can and avoid things like single use plastic wherever possible.

 

We are passionate to contribute to sustainable tourism and are committed to work with the region on the future of this beautiful area.
